What are your shipping times?
- U.S. Shipping: 7–14 business days
- International Shipping: 14–31 business days. Once your order ships, we’ll upload tracking info and email you the details.
How do I track my order?
Visit our Track Your Order page, enter your order number and email, and see real-time updates on your package’s journey.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly to ensure fast shipping:
- Within 1 hour of purchase: Email us at helpme@giftims.com and we’ll do our best to update or cancel your order.
- After 1 hour: Orders often enter fulfillment immediately. If you can’t cancel, simply return the item once it arrives.
What is your return policy?
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
- To start a return or exchange, visit our Returns & Exchanges page or email helpme@giftims.com.
Do you offer gift wrapping or personalized notes?
Yes! At checkout, you can add:
- Gift wrapping (elegant tissue and ribbon)
- Handwritten gift message (up to 200 characters) We’ll package your item beautifully and include your custom note at no extra charge.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and select cryptocurrencies.
Are there any duties or taxes on international orders?
Your order may incur import duties or taxes upon arrival in your country. These fees are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your local customs office for details.
What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
We’re sorry if that happens! Email a photo of the damaged item and your order number to helpme@giftims.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund right away.
